Delivery
Free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £20 in value (All prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT)
The delivery services we use are:
- Standard UK Delivery - Delivered by 2nd Class Royal Mail, 3-5 working days. This service applies to UK deliveries only
- Courier Tracked Service - You will receive a tracking number by email enabling you to track your parcel via our Courier website. Next day service from despatch date - This service applies to UK mainland deliveries only. Order for Courier delivery must be received by 10am on day of despatch
Delivery costs:
- Standard UK Delivery - £3.95 3-5 working days
- Courier Tracked - £8.95 Next day delivery. Please note: During seasonal busy periods mid-November/December certain UK areas may experience a 48hr delivery, this is outside our control.
Deliveries to UK addresses:
All items are usually despatched within 1-2 working days, should there be any cause for delay, we would contact you with a revised delivery time.
We always try to help with last minute orders where we can - Please call us if you are concerned about a tight delivery time.
All our parcels are sent using the Royal Mail postal service. If no one is available to sign for the package, a card will be left stating the time that the delivery was attempted and the address of your local sorting office where it will be held for up to 14 days for you to collect. All our orders are despatched in good faith but occasionally our carriers (i.e. Royal Mail) get it wrong and items could be delayed or even lost. We cannot be held responsible for this as it is out of our control once the carriers have collected from us. To this end we cannot accept any liability or claim for late or non arrival of orders (fortunately this very rarely happens).
